All in all great value for money. It was within short walking distance to Saxmundham city centre.
It's located on a noisy street. There's bad smell in some areas.

Great place for exploring Saxmundham. I liked that there was a bathtub. It is located in the centre of the city. Food was brilliant and I truly enjoyed the variety👌

We were offered queen room with central heating and a radio which were very good. We tried some restaurants, including Blair's which boasted an excellent cuisine.

The staff was gracious, and we had the benefit of just 5 minutes' walk right to Saxmundham Museum. Waitrose served dishes within 200 metres off the hotel. The free Wi-Fi was a cherry on top. It was a 3-star venue in every way...

Breakfast was tasty as you get in any 3 star hotel. It is near to the airport.
